To Fitness

Beginners Course

The beginners classes are 1 hour long, there are up to 4 to complete and this will assist you when joining the classes, as you’ll know how to appropriately scale the workout to your abilities.

We start with warm ups, then run through the different modalities, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and body weight. Everybody learns at a different pace, some pick up different things quicker, so we work at your pace to get you comfortable with each exercise.

Group Classes

Group training keeps you motivated and working hard while working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. Each day, we’ll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of all fitness methods, grounded in exercise science.

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

The Functional-Fit Programme

The Functional Fit programme runs alongside the main programme. Think of it as a pre-simplified version of the main programme and crossfit movements.

The Functional Fit program swaps out the more technical movements for simpler ones, e.g. Clean and Jerks could be modified to Thrusters from the rack. This is great for new members who are still new to these movement patterns and gives them time to transition to the higher-skilled movements when they are ready.

It is also excellent for members returning from a break or who may have an injury they are working around.
